The Space:

Soft winter light filters across the mountains as you step onto the private patio, the crisp air carrying the scent of pine. Inside, the heated pool glows at 82°, inviting you to unwind while the hot tub steams against the backdrop of snow‑capped peaks. A game room buzzes with arcade sounds, and the movie theater’s 85” screen promises cozy evenings after a day of exploring smooth, low‑grade roads that lead you straight to the retreat.



Sleeping arrangements

Six bedrooms each pair a full bathroom with a 55” Smart TV. The first‑floor king‑size bed opens onto its own ensuite. Two second‑floor king‑size bedrooms also feature private baths, one offering a dedicated workspace. On the third floor you’ll find a king‑size bedroom with a futon‑style sofa bed, a king‑size bedroom with a queen‑over‑bunk and its own ensuite, and a queen‑size bedroom with an ensuite. The game room adds two twin‑over‑twin bunk beds and a pull‑out sofa bed, plus a hallway full bathroom.



Indoor experiences

Spend snowy afternoons in the game room, where arcade cabinets, a pool table, foosball, shuffleboard, and a PlayStation 5 keep everyone entertained. The indoor movie theater pairs an 85” Smart TV with Sonos surround sound and a small kitchenette for snack breaks. A private indoor pool, heated to 82°, offers a warm escape, while an electric fireplace anchors the living area with extra seating and a 55” Smart TV.



Outdoor living

Three private patios accommodate up to 18 guests, each framing unobstructed mountain views. A gas grill stands ready for year‑round cooking, complemented by additional outdoor furniture and dining spaces. The hot tub, positioned for optimal scenery, is usable in any season.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen provides cooking basics, dishes, silverware, stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, and Keurig. A large dining table seats larger groups, while a mini fridge and hot‑water kettle add convenience.



Family‑friendly features

A pack ’n play, travel crib, folding high chair with tray, baby safety gates, children’s dinnerware, board games, and a dedicated playroom ensure younger guests feel at home.



Essentials & home features

Washer and free in‑unit dryer, fresh linens, extra pillows and blankets, room‑darkening shades, iron, and ample clothing storage are supplied. Heating, air conditioning, ceiling fans, central heating, and Wi‑Fi support comfort throughout the stay. Exterior security cameras, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first‑aid kit provide peace of mind.

You will receive a sponge, dishwasher pods, detergent pods, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, bar soap, and other extras we like to surprise you with..



The Smith Creek Reserve is under construction currently. There may be some construction noise and vehicles during your visit that are out of our control. These homes are very insulated so the noise of construction is limited inside of the homes. Refunds are not available and prices are currently discounted due to the construction.
