🍽️ No food or drink in the hot tub.
🚫 No jumping or diving.

🚼 No infants (under 1 year), pregnant women, or people under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medications allowed in the hot tub.
👶 Children (2-16 years) must be accompanied by an adult in the hot tub.
🌡️ Do not enter the hot tub if the temperature is above 104°F.
🛁 Use only the pool towels, not the white bath towels, for hot tub use.
🧴 No body lotions or tanning creams allowed. Shower before entering the hot tub.
💨 Turn off the high jets after each use.
🛠️ Replace the hot tub cover after every use.
🚫 Do not sit or lie down on the cover.
🧼 Leave the hot tub in the same condition as it was found.
❤️‍🩹 Anyone with heart issues, seizures, high or low blood pressure, or any other serious medical condition should consult a doctor before using the hot tub.

The view? Unreal. The place itself was the perfect size for me, my wife, our 2-year-old, and the dog—felt like it was made for us. And location? Couldn’t beat it. We didn’t drive more than 15 minutes for anything the entire trip. Huge win. Communication with the company was solid too—quick, clear, no issues.Now… the honest part That back deck is fighting for its life. One wrong move and you’re walking away with a splinter the size of Texas. Definitely needs some love—paint it, sand it down, something. Also… one paper towel roll? We were rationing like it was a survival show. And no pizza pan?! That one hurt. Lastly, a stronger vacuum would’ve gone a long way.All that said—we’d absolutely stay again. Location alone makes it worth it. Just maybe bring shoes for the deck and your own pizza gear

Great little cabin—exactly as pictured. The game table and arcade were a lot of fun. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and the location was perfect—right between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

Wonderful modern cabin perfectly located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The kitchen was fully stocked, the games in the shared space were fun to play and the views are relaxing. The host was very responsive to any issues and checked in periodically to make sure our stay was going well. Would definitely recommend and pet friendly!

The views are beautiful. The house is modern and nicely decorated. If you like a dark bedroom, take eye mask for mornings. All of the windows are charming, but the high windows aren't covered. We were good with it since we are early risers. My teens enjoyed all the games.

Nice property in the mountains

We stayed here for a week in July. It was a very nice house overall, and the game table was a hit with our kids. We did not use the back patio or hot tub at all, because there were a lot of big spiders that came out at night - which I guess is to be expected as the house is in the woods on a mountain. The view was great, and could even see the nightly fireworks at Dollywood. The drive to get up to the house is quite steep at times, so for anyone that is nervous about driving up and down hills I would just be aware of that - I would recommend arriving during daylight hours at least for the first day of the stay. The location is right in between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Overall it was a fun week and I would recommend the area to people looking for a fun vacation.

We had such a wonderful time at this location. The fresh air and natural beauty of the place were more than we had asked for. We also enjoyed the games they had. They had a game table that my kid enjoyed playing. It was very easy to communicate with the manager as well.

Awesome family getaway

We had a wonderful trip to the Smokeys and picked a great home! Loved the layout, views, tall ceilings and QUIETness of the street/area. We spent most of our time hiking and in town so coming home to such a quiet space was wonderful. Kids loved the game stations they had too!
