This is our 2nd stay and our daughter and son-in-laws 3rd. We love this house!! Great location, has everything you need. We cooked, used the hot tub, enjoyed the fire place and the fire pit, and played corn hole. Easy road to get to the house. Lynsee is a wonderful host and gets back to you quickly. Can't wait to go back!!

Communication was fantastic. This is such a beautiful house, was clean and peaceful. The coffee station was a great perk. Location was great after the crowds in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge it was a peaceful place to relax at.

This property is beautiful. We stayed here for a week in July. The view from the property is absolutely gorgeous. We loved that it had a covered carport to park our truck under and covered walkway to the door. Upon entering the home it was clean and smelled good. The house is decorated so cute and the kitchen is fully stocked. For the most part our stay was amazing. My kids loved the upstairs loft, but were disappointed that one of the video games didn’t work and a lot of the board games had things missing. My only suggestion is that the back patio where the hot tub is could have been cleaner. There were a lot of dead bugs and big spider webs on everything. Overall our stay was amazing! We would definitely book here again.

Family Get Away!!!

This property was amazing. This was my families first time staying in a rental property. The cleanliness of the property was top tier. The pictures do not do justice to the beauty of this place. When we visit the smokies again we will definitely stay here again!!! The host was amazing too!

We really enjoyed our stay at this farmhouse in TN. This house was very clean and had beautiful decor! The views of the mountains from the front and back of the house were lovely. It was nice to have everything we needed in terms of kitchen items during our stay, and we felt very much at home.

Fabulous Farm House

We have stayed in this lovely home 3 times and hope to continue staying there each time we're in the area.Out of all the cabins we've stayed in over the past 30 some years, this is by far the prettiest and most appointed.This year they added an air fryer. They provided keurig pods, cream, sugar products, laundry products. Just lovely.
