• Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM.
• Rental Agreement: You will be asked for your email address to sign our standard rental agreement prior to your stay.
• Security Deposit: A valid credit card must be placed on file for a $300 security deposit. This is a hold, not a charge. The hold is released after check-out, provided no damages are found.
• Damage Protection: For a worry-free stay, a mandatory, non-refundable $49 fee will be charged for an accidental damage protection policy covering up to $1,500.
• Safety: The cabin is equipped with smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, and a first aid kit for your safety.
• Grill Supplies: Please note that charcoal and other supplies for the Weber charcoal grill are not provided.

We had the best time and this cabin was perfect. It’s in THE best location. The hosts are incredible communicators and so kind. Great place for our family to come and relax. Minutes from pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. At the bottom of the mountain in Dollywood! But just far away and up the mountain to be able to feel like you are away from the world. Great communication from Kate. Always checking in on us. Can’t wait to be back next year!
