Cozy and comfortable fully renovated one-bedroom apartment with one bathroom and a private patio, located just a few minutes’ walk from the center of Seville.

Upon entering, you’ll find an open-concept living room with an integrated kitchen. The living area features a sofa bed, two armchairs, a Smart TV, side tables, and a coffee table. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils and includes a dining area for three. From the living room, you can access the bedroom, which has two single beds (90 x 200 cm), two nightstands with lamps, and a spacious wardrobe.

The fully equipped bathroom, with a walk-in shower, is also accessed from the living room and leads to the private patio. This outdoor space features a small dining area, perfect for enjoying a quiet morning coffee.

Like living in a dark cave with no natural light

The apartment is beautiful but dark very dark. Nice furnishings, spacious and located in a fabulous walk to everything area with excellent bars, restaurants, grocery stores, and taxi ranks just footsteps away. It is also very well managed by Genteel Homes. However, not a single window of those you see in the photos opens to the outside world. They all open on to a terrace space surrounded by 4 brick walls and covered by a skylight. We stayed there for 14 days and found it to be very dark and depressing.

Great location

Light and bright. Some difficulty meeting our host to check in as we were waiting outside the locked door and they were inside. Apartment kitchen sink had a foul smell that affected the living area. Warning, if you’re looking for a fan switch in the bathroom do NOT flip the switch high on the wall. You will have no hot water. We were unable to shower the last day of our stay.

Excellent choice for us

Modern, clean, and secure in vibrant Centro location with many dining choices nearby. It had one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in. The property provides all the amenities for a long stay plus a nice little private garden area. Will definitely consider this property first if we return to Sevilla in the future. Renters should be aware that properties within El Centro are off limits to taxis, Uber, etc., and a walk from the perimeter should be anticipated. We were caught unaware and Google Maps was spotty for navigating the tight streets there. For this property, I'd suggest a pick-up/dropoff at either end of Calle Cuna for ease of finding the property Not a bad stroll. Consider though that this restriction adds to the quiet, safety, and liveliness of the neighborhood... and so overall experience. (--A special thumbs-up here to our patient and persistent Uber driver upon pick-up!). Our only disappointment was reliability of after-check-in support via telephone was non-existent both times we used it: No responses and only-Spanish recordings. We eventually figured out our washing machine and TV issues ourselves though and got by.
