This beautiful 2-bedroom duplex penthouse by architect Aníbal González is located in one of the most valuable and fashionable areas of Seville: Calle Luis Montoto, 3, Plaza de San Agustín, part of the historic city centre. All of Seville's well-known monuments and most of the attractions, best restaurants in the city, shops etc. are easily accessible on foot.

A 5-minute walk away is La Casa de Pilatos, a prominent 16th-century palace. A 10-minute walk away are the Giralda, the Cathedral and the Reales Alcázares and El Barrio de Santa Cruz.
