OUR DUPLEX IN THE HEART OF SEVILLE

Our duplex is located in one of the most privileged areas of Seville, in the city's most emblematic neighborhood: La Alfalfa. Just a 7-minute walk from the Cathedral, you'll enjoy a stay in the heart of the historic center, with all the amenities.

We offer a COMPLETE FREE BREAKFAST (espresso, orange juice, bread, sweets and pastries, eggs, cold cuts, fruit, etc.), plus complimentary soft drinks and snacks provided by your host. All items are provided, but you must serve them yourself!

We have FREE PARKING, subject to availability. It's important to check availability when making your reservation, as if you request it on the day of your arrival, it may be occupied.


APARTMENT LAYOUT: ROOMS AND PLACES.

The apartment is distributed over two floors:

GROUND FLOOR: Living-dining room with a comfortable 150cm sofa bed (for two people), a 60-inch television with several platforms at your disposal, a work area with high-speed Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your best dishes.
UPPER FLOOR: Master bedroom with a state-of-the-art mattress (140 cm), and a modern bathroom with everything you could need: hairdryer, shampoo, gel, masks and other top-brand products for your personal care.
The apartment also opens onto an interior patio, ideal for stepping out for some fresh air or a smoke if you need to.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

La Alfalfa is full of life and authenticity. Although it's located in the heart of Seville, it's not a typical tourist neighborhood, but rather a place frequented by Sevillians themselves, with authentic, unpretentious bars and restaurants. Less than three minutes from the accommodation, you'll find two supermarkets, clothing stores, pharmacies, opticians, laundromats, a playground, and a wide range of cuisines: from traditional Sevillian cuisine to more sophisticated and international offerings.


DO YOU LIKE FLAMENCO?

You're very close to a very special place: LA CARBONERÍA (Calle Céspedes, 2). Many tourists choose to pay expensive tickets to see flamenco shows in tablaos (and it's true that there are magnificent professionals), but if you're looking for something more SPONTANEOUS, AUTHENTIC, AND STREET-FRIENDLY, La Carbonería is your place. And admission is free!

AND JUST ACROSS… THE LEGENDARY BAR GARLOCHÍ

You can't miss this place, even if it's just to take a look. Right across from the apartment is the famous BAR GARLOCHÍ, a unique bar where sacred art coexists with the wildest nightlife. It only opens after 9 p.m., and there are usually lines of tourists who have discovered it in specialized guidebooks. Its decor is filled with images of Christs and Virgins, and its atmosphere is so unique that we're not exaggerating when we say we've seen TARANTINO, UMA THURMAN, and JUDE LAW discreetly enter.
