This charming studio is perfect for enjoying a comfortable stay in a prime location. It features a spacious living area with a sofa and TV next to a 1.50 by 1.90 meter bed, a full bathroom with shower, and a separate kitchen fully equipped with everything you need.

The building’s renovation preserved original architectural and historic elements, such as the exposed brick walls and windows surrounding the studio, giving it unique elegance and character.

The setting is unbeatable: Santa Teresa Street and Santa Cruz Square are two of Seville’s most beautiful places, full of history and tradition.
