Ideally located in the heart of Seville to discover the streets and corners of the Jewish quarter, the apartment is just minutes from the Cathedral, Giralda and Alcazares.
Apartment completely renovated, very cozy, with living room and kitchenette, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. in one of the most typical and quiet pedestrian streets of Seville, behind the bustling Santa María la Blanca street, and two steps from the well-known cultural bar La Carbonería. Internet, wifi, included.
The apartment is located in the framework of narrow and silent streets of the Jewish Quarter of Seville, in one of the most typical streets of the city, with old buildings, palaces, and shaded streets.
The apartment is perfectly equipped with everything necessary to make your stay pleasant. You will find a clean, bright, well-equipped apartment with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee makers, smartTV ... and small things to cook.
There is also ample parking space in our underground parking, safe and close to the apartment, at a very good price, (at half the price of the nearest public parking.

The apartment was small but comfortable and the decor was colorful and charming. The kitchen is small but was well equipped. Our hostess was very friendly and gave us good information on how to run the appliances. I especially appreciated being able to hang the washing up to dry on the roof. The best part was the location, it was less than a 20 minute walk to the Real Alcazar, the Cathedral, and the river. The public gardens are also lovely. It is about a 6 minute walk to two good grocery stores. The are innumerable places to eat in the area from fast food to fine dining. I would be very happy to return!

Comfortable apartment, excellent location, delightful hosts. Exactly as described in the listing. Not fancy but comfortable. Main bed mattress was excellent. Air conditioner in the main bedroom kept us cool enough at night. Quiet building. Wonderful location in a unique neighborhood; easy walk to a small grocery, the cathedral, and restaurants. The hosts helpfully communicated before and during our stay. Upon our arrival, charming Victor met us as we got off the bus, and when we departed he took us to the bus station. Víctor and Tina are clearly proud of their beautiful city and eager to share information if you want it.

The apartment couldn’t have been in a better location, walking distance to the Cathedral, Real Alcázar, Plaza de España and many cafes and restaurants. Victor suggested places to eat and entertainment including a free flamenco show very close to the apartment (get there early for a good seat).

Tina is a fantastic host, very helpful and will answer questions. She follows up with her messages and her recommendations are very helpful. The apartment is quiet and beautiful. Supplies are readily available and is not scarce unlike other places to stay at. Excellent set of appliances. The minor issues I have: 1. The property may have been a little cold during our January stay. It takes a bit of time for the heating equipment to warm up the room. 2. The shower is small but usable. 3. There is no elevator, so be mindful if you have suitcases. You will need to carry them up two floors. 4. No window views to the street. The window view available is through a light well where you would also hang your clothes. Again, these issues were very small. It was an excellent place to stay at and I would stay here again in the future.

Delightful apartment

Great Location with Friendly and Knowledgeable Hosts

Tina's place is great for exploring the best of Sevilla. This was my second time in Sevilla and I enjoyed it more this time, because of the great location. It's located on a charming street, and close to many of the popular sites in Sevilla. Tina was a great host, who was friendly and knowledgeable. We arrived late, and despite this, was gracious in providing a detailed walkthrough of Sevilla. It helped us enjoy our stay more. Thanks!

PERFECT HOSTS, PROPERTY AND LOCATION

The property was immaculate and overstocked! Enough toilet paper, dishwasher and laundry soap, hand soap, fresh oranges and other necessities and pleasures to last our four week stay. Even this paled in comparison to the attention and help provided by our hosts. Every need was handled by Victor and Tina immediately and to perfection. Location couldn't be better. Even with a cane and a limp the Cathedral is only a 10 minute walk.

Ideal location for city

This property was ideal for the 5 days we stayed in Seville. So much choice for dining out and lots of shops for self catering. The best thing about this property was actually Tina who rents it out. Tina was very attentive and easy to communicate with she gave lots of information about where to go and what to do. I also have to pay a special thanks to Victor who picked us up from the airport he was very helpful. I had a lovely time here at this property and would happily visit again if I come to Seville again. Thanks again to both Tina and Victor 😀 Thanks

Location, location, location

We're very satisfied with the apartment. The location can't be better. It's walking distance to all the best places. Everything you need is virtually just around the corner. Make sure not to miss the local Flamenco club near by. It's really great and the show is free of charge with very cheap beer and snacks. For eating there are plenty of good tapes bars to choose from . Well stocked supermarket, MAS, is close by. There's a taxi stand nearby is you need one. The apartment itself is very well maintained, but it is also very small. The hosts Victor and Tina are charming people. All in all a great place in truly beautiful city.

Wonderful Stay in Sevilla

This apartment is a great find!! We loved it. It is well located ,so we could walk everywhere in Sevilla. It was clean, well equipt, wifi worked well, and many restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Victor picked us up at the airport and gave us tips about the city. Tina met us at the apartment and went over all the details and how to use the washer !! Sevilla is our favorite city now

Hosts Tina and Victor were superb hosts in all aspects of our stay. Their apartment is smack in the middle Historic Center within easy reach of great tapas and flamenco places. We were very comfortable and had all that we needed. We had reserved this apartment several months ahead of our visit and so we seemed that we already knew Tina by the time we arrived. We also had the pleasure of meeting Victor as he picked us up from the airport and told us so much about their city that he clearly loves. We will come back to Sevilla and will surely try to stay with them again.

Perfect location for exploring the old town, Cathedral, Alcazar, etc. Small second-floor apartment. More simple than a hotel but the extra room makes it ideal for a small family and it's easy to self cater for when you don't want to eat out. Tina and Víctor are very welcoming hosts. A special thank you to Víctor for looking after our luggage after we'd checked out. Not only did he deliver it back but he drove us to the bus stop as he knew an airport bus was due in three minutes. He literally did go the extra mile...!
