Singular 1-bedroom apartment belonging to a Sevillian courtyard house from the 18th century, completely restored for modern comfort while keeping the original charm.

The interiors have been treated carefully with a personal touch in order to create unique spaces, highlighting the existing traditional construction elements such as terracotta flooring, wooden floors, artistic locksmiths and others. The high ceilings offer a great feeling of space and comfort.

The living room is furnished with a sofa, armchair, coffee table and smart TV. High-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi internet and central air conditioning with cooling and heating. The thickness of the walls and double-glazed windows provide a natural acoustic and thermal insulation all year round, even in the coldest and hottest months.

The open-plan kitchen is well equipped with all main utensils and appliances: oven, dishwasher and washing machine with dryer included. Dining table and chairs.

A short corridor leads to the bathroom and bedroom. Bathroom equipped with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. The bedroom has a double bed of 150x200cm and a wardrobe.

All windows face the outside and the large Sevillian patio of the house. It is very quiet inside, without exterior noises - making this apartment a perfect oasis in the heart of the city centre.

Lovely apartment - a little dark.

VeoApartments are the property management firm for Cantabria 14 in Sevilla. They were very helpful throughout the booking process. I had booked Cantabria for two weeks and then another property immediately after for two weeks, which I ended up having to cancel because of some confusion with VRBO, which was unfortunate. Regardless, Manuel at VeoApartments was very helpful. Checkin was as promised. Ismael met us as planned and helped get us settled and organized. Highly recommend this property management firm.
