Magnificent small palace located in the center of the Santa Cruz neighborhood, in the heart of Seville. Completely renovated house with nine modern apartments equipped to the last detail.



Palacete Molina is accessed through an old wooden door and an iron gate that leads to a private interior patio with a fountain. On the ground floor we have apartments 1, 2 and 3. Going up the staircase or the lift you will reach apartments 4,5 and 6. On the top floor we have apartments 7, 8 and 9. Each one with a small outdoor area equipped with a table and 2 chairs. On the roof we have a washing machine and a dryer for common use for the entire building.

Palacete Molina 4 is a 35m2 cozy apartment consisting of a living room
open kitchen, a seperate bedroom with a king sized bed of 180cm x 200cm and a small sofa bed of 120cm x 190cm in the living area. The bathroom is accesed from the living room.

Argote de Molina is one of the most beautiful and well-known streets in the Santa Cruz neighborhood, as it leaves the Cathedral and borders it from behind until it gets lost in the depths of the oldest and most historic area of ​​Seville, the old Jewish quarter.

Beautiful apartment in a great location of a wonderful city. This is a vibrant part of Seville with many great restaurants and cozy cafes. The apartment that is close to many landmarks was freshly renovated when we were there and did not disappoint.

Very nice apartment

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable,clean apartment just a few minutes walk from the Cathedral and the Alcazar. Well, we enjoyed it once we got there. A road near the apartment was closed for construction and GPS couldn’t reroute us due to all the one way streets. The host helped us find an alternate route (we were arriving after the assisted check-in hours). The streets are incredibly narrow so driving to the apartment is not for the faint of heart. For reference we were driving a Peugeot 2008. Parking is not onsite but just a block away. The A/C worked well and we loved that there were ice cube trays in the freezer to add to our water bottles. The keyless entry was also nice so you don’t have to keep track of any keys.
