Charming apartment in the Old Town of Seville, next to Santa Cruz.

This apartment is very good located upstairs on the first floor (not ground floor) in the Jewish Quarter, just next to Barrio Santa Cruz. It is also close to restaurants, tapas bars, supermarkets, local shops and buses. There is a terrace on top. Public garage about 5 minutes walk. It has one bedroom with a double bed (150 cm), and another bedroom with 2 single beds (one of them is pull "out and lift"), as well as a living room with sofa, 2 armchairs and dining table for 4 persons. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a bathroom with bathtub and shower. The fireplace cannot be used.
Please notice that I collect a 100€ DAMAGE DEPOSIT in cash on arrival that will be returned after your stay if the apartment is left in good condition and nothing broken.

Everything was excellent. The location is the best. Right in the heart of old Seville, walking distance to all caffès and restaurants but far enough so you don’t hear the noise. Maria is an excellent host. I recommend this apartment.

Beautiful Seville

We had a truly wonderful stay in Seville , thanks to the amazing hospitality of Maria and her place. Great location and very helpful host

This apartment is in a very good location, close to the centre, but quiet. Only a few minutes walk to the centre and all the major sites.Maria was a delight and very helpful, allowing us to check in early and leave our cases to late afternoon. She helped with questions and offered advice as to where to go. She was kind and trustworthy.The apartment was warm enough for us in the evening, but make sure you have warm clothes if you visit in the winter months. The kitchen was very well equipped, the beds were comfortable. The apartment was very clean and cosy. The only reason we haven't given it 5 stars is that it's just a bit tired and could do with some modernisation, but for value for money, this is a great place to stay and we would highly recommend, this charming place to stay.

Perfect place

Maria welcomed us, showed us around and answered questions about recommended restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped so we bought a few groceries and had most meals in the apartment. Finding our way using Google maps was sometimes a challenge but still were able to walk to most of the main attractions. We recommend.

Maria met us at the apartment and gave us helpful information about the apartment and nearby attractions. We were within easy walking distance of the Sevilla cathedral, Royal Alcazar as well as good restaurants.

Interesting older apartment.

We love a place inside the centre of a city that is not a IKEA look alike. This apartment is older but you feel you are experiencing something close to what it would be like to live in the centre of Seville. Having a school, children and parents coming and going made it feel authentic. Not perfection but very interesting and extremely comfortable. And great flamenco experience 65 steps from the door. :-)

Great place!

Our host met us at the apartment and explained how everything worked. She was available for questions and checked in the next day to make sure we were happy with the accommodation. The bed is comfortable and the shower is excellent. The kitchen had everything we needed, and there was even a new bag of coffee waiting for us. The apartment was spotless. the neighborhood is very quiet. We would definitely stay here again if we come to Seville.

Super location!

We loved the convenience of being so close to the barrio Santa Cruz, which we love. We stayed three weeks and were comfortable even though we found the furnishings a bit tired and had to change our own sheets one week because the cleaning service wasn’t available. Perhaps due to Holy Week. The roof top terrace was a big plus but it is underwhelming in its decor. Still. We would stay here again.

Great neighbourhood to explore

Location of the apartment is less than 30 minute walk from train station. The apartment is more spacious than the photos show. Very comfortable home-like stay in quieter neighbourhood. The bed was comfortable for us, not too hard or too soft. Only short walk to many restaurants (El Pasaje Santa Maria La Blanca was excellent) and only a short stroll the the Cathedral and other major sites. We thoroughly enjoyed our 11 night stay. Very clean. Kitchen equipped for light food prep. The Mas is a very well stocked grocery store a short 5 minute walk away. Maria was a very attentive host and was easy to reach. She wants to ensure you enjoy your stay. Would highly recommend for an anyone seeking an authentic experience in the heart of Seville.

Property in a great location to explore Seville. Tucked away but walking distance from most sights. Maria was a helpful host. Although she was unable to meet us in person she made arrangements to ensure we could settle in even though it was late on a Sunday when we arrived. Excellent few days... highly recommend
