Nice fully equipped apartment next to Betis Street and Plaza de Cuba. 15 minutes walk distance from the monumental center. We have all the comforts and services: Wifi optical fiber, perfect for working, Smart TV, equipped kitchen, spacious and comfortable to reach our goal: guests must feel like in their own home. A large living room with dining area, seating area with sofa and comfortable armchairs and an extra bed for children. Bright balcony. Spacious and fully equipped kitchen. Full bathroom with bathtub. Double room with very comfortable bed. Double room with 2 single beds. All this with hot/cold air conditioning in all rooms. Located on a second floor with elevator. - Parties and events are not allowed

- Leave lights and air conditioning/heating off when you are not in the apartment or when leaving the last day.
- Keys, for check out must be left on the table
- Smoking, vaping and use of electronic cigarettes is not allowed
- We need to know your arrival time in advance so that one of my team will receive you in the apartment, at the agreed time you have told us, if you have any delay you must communicate it to coordinate a new check in time that we will try to adjust depending on our work.
- Supplement 20€ for check-in after 22:00 and until 00.00H to be paid in cash at the delivery of the keys. AFTER 00.00H THE CHARGE FOR LATE CHECK IN IS 30€ AND AVAILABILITY MUST BE ASKED
