This bright one-bedroom apartment is in a recently renovated building. It offers a cozy and quiet atmosphere throughout the day, despite being in a very central area.

It features an open-plan layout combining the living room and kitchen. The living room is stylishly decorated and includes a double sofa bed (1.40 x 1.90 m), perfect for accommodating two additional guests. The kitchen is practical and fully equipped, ideal for both short and long stays.

The bedroom is spacious and comfortable, with a double bed (1.50 x 2.00 m) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

The location is great. Close to restaurants. Loved the idea of a totally separate bedroom. The only complaint is that the coach was too soft to sit on, and they only had Spanish TV. (no Netflix etc.) Otherwise, the place is perfect. Very clean and bright,

Basic, clean, comfortable apartment overlooking Calle Francos (a pedestrian only street) and 2 blocks from the Sevilla Cathedral. Host was very accomodating to our needs and welcomed a couple of suggestions I made to make the place even more comfortable. Host assisted us in arranging a taxi to San Justa train station. Very conveniently located to shops, restaurants, and markets.A big plus is that it has a lift to the second floor...

Great location, close to the grocery store, restaurants and attractions. The apartment is a nice size for two people, very clean, the AC and hot water worked very well and layout was logical. It is on the second floor but it did have an elevator so no dragging heavy suitcases up stairs.

Great Trip

Seville was such a beautiful area! My husband and I enjoyed everything being close by and within walking distance. Cristina was a pleasure to work with and answered all our questions and concerns. We arrived early, and she was able to take our bags until the apartment was ready. We will certainly be back!

Perfect location

Everything about the apartment was perfect. It was well appointed and had everything we needed for our 2 Week stay.We really enjoyed the location as we were on a pedestrian roadway that had lots to do and see, but was quiet in the late evening. We were also a short walk to many of the major sights and had many options for restaurants and cafes.

Perfect Location

We enjoyed our 10-day stay here. There was an agent at the apartment to meet us when we arrived. Communication with the owners was easy and they were very helpful. The central location was an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to be. The pedestrian-zone street also has a no-noise after 11pm policy, which is very nice. Having the elevator was a great help in moving luggage etc. There are one or two small things that need updating, but overall, we enjoyed our time there and would recommend it to friends.
