Sleeping Arrangements
The home includes three comfortable bedrooms. Two are located on the main level — one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds, making it perfect for families with children. The third bedroom is a cozy loft space upstairs with a full-size bed. Each bedroom offers ample storage, room-darkening window coverings, extra pillows and blankets, and luggage racks for convenience.

Kitchen & Dining
The full kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, from simple breakfasts to family dinners. You’ll find cookware, dishes, baking sheets, a blender, dishwasher, microwave, and both Keurig and drip coffee makers. The dining table comfortably seats six, while the table in the kitchen seats 4.

Living Space & Entertainment
The living room is a relaxed place to spend your time after a day out. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, a Samsung Smart TV with streaming capability, board games, puzzles, and books ~ perfect for both adults and kids.

Bathroom
The bathroom features a shower bathtub combo with the bathtub ideal for families with young children or guests who enjoy a long relaxing soak. Fresh towels, shampoo & conditioner samples, body soap, and plenty of hot water is available.

Outdoor Space
Step outside to enjoy a private backyard, perfect for relaxing or outdoor meals. A propane grill is available seasonally for guest use. Cy Hewitt Park is just a short two-block walk away, offering a great spot for kids to play or for a relaxing stroll.

Guest Access & Services
Guests have access to the entire home during their stay, with the exception of a private attic storage area. For stays over 14 nights, a light cleaning with fresh linens and towels is provided every 14 days ($75 fee applies every 14 days of stay).
