The location is amazing, right in the center of it all! Communication was very helpful and prompt. For clarification, the "parking available" is a public parking structure in the neighborhood. That said, the parking was both reasonably convenient and well priced. Not necessarily ideal for anyone in need of an early bedtime (i.e. kids) as being in the middle of the nightlife brings a decent amount of late night noise.

Terrific location and perfect layout for a large family. Stayed for three nights with our adult children. Patio was very enjoyable for some evening relaxation. Unit was clean and well-appointed. Be advised that parking in the area is difficult if you have anything other than a very small car. Roads are one way and very narrow. That said, great for walking!

After a bit of a shaky start with communication the apartment proved to be just right for our family of four adults. Once lines of communication were established the host was helpful and reactive. Truly lovely

This apartment is such a hidden gem minutes away from all the highlights of Seville. Super walkable, great dining and perfect for two couples. The kitchen and living areas were perfect for what we needed. Very awesome local host too.

Great place

This is a nice property with a great location in Seville! Smaller kitchen and living area, but was fine for 5 adults. The beds were very comfortable. Did have a washing machine, which was convenient. Spacious roof top would be great in warmer weather. Had some communication issues with the host, but it was rectified.

This apartment was in an amazing location in El Arenal neighborhood. We were walking distance to all the major sights and a lot of good restaurants. The check in process was good although the streets are very tight here and not car friendly. We had to park our car at a lot about a 7-10 minute walk and traverse with bags. It is a 3rd floor walk up and although there is a very tiny elevator this can be a challenge if you have a lot of bags. Amenities and rooms were great. The terrace was an added bonus. The upstairs bathroom was very small and uncomfortable unfortunately. I would definitely recommend this stay for adults with minimal bags. We had two toddlers and a lot of bags so it was a challenge.

Nice Space and Great Location

The apartment was clean, updated, and spacious. The location was perfect too. I would recommend the apartment to anyone and would come back on many next trip Seville. My only suggestion for others to consider when booking is not to rent a large van. It was too big to maneuver down the little streets and locating the garage was a challenge using GPS. Be aware of those items and you will love the apartment.

Fantastic location and nice home!

This home is great! The bedrooms and bathrooms are very nice and the rooftop deck is wonderful! The location is fantastic for walking to all the best sights! Would definitely stay there again. Be sure to request parking in advance!

Fantástica estancia

La ubicación del apartamento es ideal, muy céntrico. Lo mejor la terraza con vistas a la Giralda. La única pega que encontramos fue la falta de intimidad de la tercera habitación por ser abierta. Sergio fue muy atento. Lo recomiendo.
