The living room includes a double sofa bed measuring 140 by 190 cm and offers privileged views of the Giralda and the Cathedral, while maintaining a completely quiet atmosphere.

The kitchen, integrated into the living area, is modern and functional, equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

On the other side of the living room is the second bedroom, with two single beds measuring 90 by 190 cm, and a second bathroom with independent access.

Just a few steps from the apartment are other iconic places such as the Alcázar and the Archivo de Indias. The area is lively and full of life, with a wide variety of restaurants, traditional tapas bars, artisan shops, and stores, as well as excellent public transport connections.
