This beautiful apartment is located in a unique spot in Seville, right in front of the Cathedral and the Giralda, on the iconic Avenida de la Constitución. It is the perfect place for a luxurious stay during your visit to the city.

Upon entering, you will find a small entrance hall leading to a corridor that connects directly to the first bedroom. This room features a double bed measuring 150 by 190 cm, a large wardrobe, and a full en-suite bathroom.

Continuing down the corridor, you enter the spacious and modern living-dining room, furnished with high-quality furniture and attention to detail. The living room includes a double sofa bed measuring 140 by 190 cm and offers privileged views of the Giralda and the Cathedral, while maintaining a completely quiet atmosphere.

The kitchen, integrated into the living area, is modern and functional, equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

On the other side of the living room is the second bedroom, with two single beds measuring 90 by 190 cm, and a second bathroom with independent access.

Just a few steps from the apartment are other iconic places such as the Alcázar and the Archivo de Indias. The area is lively and full of life, with a wide variety of restaurants, traditional tapas bars, artisan shops, and stores, as well as excellent public transport connections.
