Great hotel, harrowing to get to if not in a taxi

LOVED the hotel - great location, awesome rooms, staff etc - HOWEVER the hotel should notify the incoming guests BEFORE ARRIVING that the place is impossible to get to with google maps, etc. Apple Maps and Google Maps simply do not work in this section of town due to the pedestrian only streets. The alley streets are so narrow that if you find yourself at a dead end, it is trecherous having to back-out. We ended up hiring a local taxi to lead us to the hotel as the local drivers are the only ones who know how to drive there

Two Americans Visiting Sevilla

Excellent front desk and breakfast staff. Throughout our stay, everyone responded to our requests with Spanish charm, courteousness, and respect. The breakfast leaves nothing to want for; it is beautifully presented and freshly made. The location is perfect for touring and local dining. Highly recommended.

Too expensive for what you get.

This hotels location was great however the room was dirty, smelled of urine when we walked in. I’m 1000% sure the floors have never been sweated or mopped. We had to clean our feet every time we walked bare foot, and had to clean our luggage’s. Bathroom is small and I’m 5,1 130lbs. I think we over paid for this hotel and wish we would’ve stayed somewhere else for the value. We tried the terrace bar and waited an hour for s Brice ordered and never received our drinks waited another hour and they looked at me like he’s never seen me so we left. No space in the room, it’s very small we could barely open our luggage’s so we had to stack them on top of each other when looking for items. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Beautiful rooms and courtyard, all well maintained and clean. Staff were helpful and welcoming. Loved our dinner in the hotel restaurant, featuring traditional Spanish dishes with a twist. Standout moment was the rooftop bar with live flamenco guitar performance at sunset, with a breathtaking view of the cathedral. Would absolutely return to enjoy this beautiful property again!

Deceptive Charm Hotel

The hotel seemed to be charming and well maintained on the website but the reality is different. It seems that it has been abandoned: you can notice everywhere that the paintings or details are not being refreshed. There was a bad smell (coming from the shower drain apparently) when we entered the room, which stayed the whole time. The shower was leaking. The mattress was not good. Room pretty small. Reakfast is good. They don’t have enough staff. It is impossible to talk to reception when you have a problem. 1 person has to do everything! Location is good and staff in nice, but there is a feeling of disappointment during the stay as you don’t get what you expect at all levels.
