We loved our stay there. It was an incredible apartment in a beautiful area of town. The outdoor patio upstairs was amazing with an incredible view of the Giralda tower.

Lovely Apartment and Very Central

We had a wonderful stay here, this was our second visit to Seville and it is still as wonderful. The apartment was lovely, the checking in was fine, just a phone call made and then Paula appeared. She was very helpful throughout our stay, especially as the umbrella / parasol was not there on the terrace (as shown in the photos) and as it was so hot we were unable to enjoy the terrace often just sitting on the floor in the shade created by the walls. They were able to locate a new one which she bought round on the Saturday, albeit a little small for the table and we then only had 1 day to enjoy it as were were leaving early on the Monday morning. Our only criticism would be that the terrace furniture could do with replacing and updating, the sun loungers were dirty and not comfortable and the 3 chairs were extremely uncomfortable and no cushions available. Overall we had a lovely weeks stay here we would recommend staying here.

The Best Place (Bar None) for Your Seville Vacation

We would 110% rent from Green again when visiting the aching beautiful Seville. Not only is this location the best for seeing the main sites in Seville -- the Cathedral and Alcazar and are under a 10 minute walk in one direction, the Metropol Parasol in the other -- the building and the apartment are drop-dead gorgeous. Glorious ceramic tiles are found in the lobby and hallways. The building’s central courtyard gives you lots of sunlight and breezes. The immaculate apartment has everything - full range, microwave, dishwasher et al -- and even a huge flat screen TV. Comfortable layout, huge bathroom and lots of hot water. And the roof! You can access the rooftop terrace via either the elevator or a spiral staircase directly from the apartment to see a breathtaking close-up view of La Giralda and the city. Truly, it felt like home. On a personal note, the host treats you like family. We unfortunately became ill during our vacation, and they couldn’t have been more helpful. They referred us to a doctor, asked daily how they could help, etc., and even helped us learn how to order takeout in Spanish! Great human beings.

Prima, schoon en modern ingericht apt. Met de eigenaar telefonisch contact ivm vlucht vertraging, hij stond ons daarna op te wachten. Een 's-ochtends kapot gevallen douchekop werd dezelfde dag vervangen/gerepareerd ... prima service. Mooi oud gebouw (met lift) in de binnenstad prima onderhouden en in de buurt van een aantal "highlights" van Seville. Voor ons een aanrader .... !
