leggermente fuori dal centro storico,da migliorare la dotazione di asciugacapelli in ogni camera per evitare di chiederlo alla reception. per chi arriva in macchina il garage è obbligatorio in quanto in zona non è possibile trovare parcheggio.

Alcuni problemi al check-in ma soggiorno piacevole

Arriviamo all'albergo in tarda serata e ci accolgono due concierge dicendo che non abbiamo pagato la stanza e che dobbiamo saldare prima di occuparla. Non era vero: avevo pagato tramite Paypal ed Expedia settimane prima e potevo provarlo con le ricevute. Sempre cordialmente, il più anziano insiste che non hanno ricevuto alcun pagamento da Expedia, aveva controllato lui stesso, e che avevano tentato di mettersi in contatto con me tramite Expedia ma non vi erano riusciti. Anche qui, non era vero: IO avevo scritto un paio di volte all'albergo mediante Expedia per avere informazioni su come arrivarci dall'aeroporto e loro mi avevano risposto senza problemi, senza accennarmi a problemi di nessun tipo. Ho mostrato tutte le mail, le risposte, le conferme e le ricevute, a quel punto loro non sapevano che dirmi e io stavo per appenderli e cercare un nuovo alloggio, ma il giovane concierge decide di ricontrollare se il pagamento è avvenuto. Ci prova una volta e... voilà! Tutto risolto, pagamento avvenuto con successo. Non so che pensare. Ci danno la camera (una tripla, non una doppia, perché le avevano esaurite, senza chiederci il sovrapprezzo). Tutto sommato una bella stanza comoda e pulita. Uniamo due letti e nei giorni seguenti ci rifanno il letto come se fosse un matrimoniale. Riordinavano la camera, facevano i letti e pulivano il bagno ogni giorno, ma non spazzavano. Per il prezzo pagato, tutto sommato è stato un buon hotel.

Kleines einfaches Hotel im alten Stadtteil Macaren

Wer gerne die Stadt zu Fuss erkundet, fängt hier an einer Ecke an, welche man als urtümlich bezeichnen könnte. Indem man öfters die gleiche Strasse nimmt um zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten zu kommen, bekommt schnell ein Gefühl für die Stadt.
