An excellent, central hotel

Pros: The staff. Our room. The general elegance of the interior. The buffet breakfast. The hotel's location.
Cons: Non-alcohilc alternative to the welcoming glass of champagne. The immediate availability of a first aid kit!
Location: Where to begin? The hotel is so well situated. We visited many places on foot, including important collections in galleries and museums.
Las Casas de El Arenal is a winner in nearly every sense. The interior of the building is elegant. Our room was spotlessly clean. The buffet breakfast was very good indeed with a large selection of food. We sunned ourselves on the roof (in January!) Importantly, the staff were wonderful. Everyone of them was cheerful and helpful. They made us feel very welcome indeed. The hotel is located on a side-street in a popular city centre area. The cathedral is five minutes walk away. The hotel is within walking distance of art galleries, museums, countless shops, and, of course, many restaurants and bars. (It's no hardship that the hotel doesn't have its own restaurant). Nowhere is perfect, of course, but during our stay of four nights we could find only minor faults. On arrival we were greeted with glasses of champagne as we registered. This was a charming touch but we explained that my partner does not drink alcohol. No alternative was offered. My partner also tripped in the street one evening. We asked for some gauze in Reception (her nose was bleeding) but there wasn't a first aid kit available. Maybe the day staff could have located one. We arrived by plane and travelled to the hotel by taxi. I don't know how a car driver would manage for parking at this hotel. To sum up, Seville is a beautiful city and I can whole-heartedly recommend Las Casas de El Arenal as an excellent base from which to explore it.

Nice hotel right in the centre of Seville

The hotel was nice. The only thing that would have made it perfect was less noise at night/early morning and a couple of English channels

Die Anfahrt war nicht leicht, da unser Navi die Strasse mit 2 ll übernommen hat (also gut aufpassen). Das Hotel ist eon Schmuckstück, klein umd fein. Sehr zentral (alles in Gehdistanz) aber trotzdem ruhig

Bel Hôtel très accueillant. Et très bien situé .

Pros: La gentillesse du personnel, le décor , les petits déjeuners
Cons: Surtout ne changez rien !
Location: Quartier calme en plein cœur de la ville . A 4 mn de la cathédrale . Avec une procession un soir dans la rue : magnifique et priant.
Personnel de l’hotel très gentil , souriant et efficace . L’hotel est très agréable et très bien situé à 4 mn de la cathédrale . Les chambres sont agréables et silencieuses . Le petit déjeuner est délicieux , copieux et gentiment servi. L’accueil , le premier jour avec une coupe de champagne et une assiette de fruits est très agréable . Enfin bref : nous avons passé une merveilleux séjour dans cet hôtel . Encore mille mercis au personnel et notamment les femmes de ménage car les chambres sont très propres. J’espere , a bientôt !
