Casa Alhóndiga, located at number 71 on the street of the same name, is the perfect accommodation for a unique and special stay in Seville.

On the ground floor, you will find two beautiful patios: one interior that leads to a spacious 20 m² bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and an exterior patio with artificial grass and garden furniture, ideal for relaxing outdoors.

The first floor houses the living area, featuring an elegantly furnished and carefully decorated living room, a dining area, and a fully equipped spacious kitchen. There is also a guest toilet for added convenience.

On the second floor are the other three bedrooms: two with double beds (1.50 x 1.90 m), one of them with an en-suite bathroom, and another bedroom with two single beds (0.90 x 1.90 m). This floor also includes two full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.

The attic floor offers a small hall with a washing machine and storage cupboards for cleaning supplies, as well as two furnished private terraces. One terrace is equipped with sun loungers for soaking up the sun, and the other features an outdoor dining area, perfect for enjoying Seville’s wonderful climate year-round.

Alhóndiga Street is located in one of the most exclusive and attractive areas in Seville’s historic center, just a few minutes’ walk from iconic landmarks such as the Cathedral, the Alcázar, and La Giralda. The neighborhood offers a wide range of shops, two supermarkets, and many traditional bars where you can savor the best local cuisine.

Amazing weekend away in the heart of city

Our stay was amazing and we had everything we could need. It was really beautiful and there was tons of space for everyone. Check in was easy and the agency who manages the apartment was super communicative. I would note that the apartment is not accessible for those with mobility issues. There are A LOT of stairs splitting multiple floors and no lift. Also at check out, they don’t let you leave your bags with them even think there’s tons of space for you to do so without having to bother anyone/taking up space while the cleaners clean for the next guest. Not a huge deal but it would’ve been nice!

What a wonderful apartment. We were 4 couples and the place was perfect for us. We were met promptly and given a tour and information. Everything was as it was advertised. And Alex from the management company helped us get tickets for a flamenco show. Definitely would recommend to all.

While the location in the Alfalfa area was great, the interior of the home and balconies has a lot of worn finishes that could use updating and thus I would not call it a luxury rental. We traveled with an 84-year-old, and the steps were a challenge for him. It was great to have the bedroom suite on the first floor for him to stay in.

Great stay with family and friends

Great location. Lots of good tapas bars and stores right as you step out. There is a grocery store just a few steps from the apartment which had everything we needed. Hosts were friendly and accommodating. Everything was very clean which is a huge positive for us. The linen, towels, dishes and cutlery were spotless. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Seville!

This property is beautiful. It is 4 storeys, so be prepared to walk the stairs. Right in the heart of Sevilla and close to excellent cafes, restaurants and shopping. Very comfortable beds and all amenities. Would return.

Location is perfect for exploring Seville. House really well appointed. The stairs are not for the faint hearted but there’s a lovely double en-suite with inside/outside seating on the ground floor so don’t let that put you off. Loved it. Thank you.
