I would have given it a 5 star rating but not being able to control the A/C in our room to make it more comfortable (it wasn't cold outside and the room was too warm). Also the shower floor was extremely slippery. Everything else with this hotel deserves 5 stars

Loved my stay at Ibis Styles. The room was beautifully decorated, very spacious and clean. My only issue was there was a strange smell in the room. I noticed this every time the toilet was flushed, but the smell was never in the bathroom, only the bedroom. Unsure whether it was another to do with the vents. I reported it to reception and they tried their best to rectify it with air spray, however I could still smell it and I suppose eventually got used to it. The staff were extremeful friendly and helpful and even recommended a beautiful restaurant - Pepe Hillo. The hotel is a little out of the way but I'm always happy to walk and got around on foot very easily. I wish there was tea/coffee amenities in the room but otherwise I loved it. I hope to be back and would definetely reccomend.

Reception is very impolite, unprofessional, with attitude and the least helpful I ever witnessed. Rooms are small, nothing includes not even a water: no coffee or tea. There is a one water dispenser for the whole floor.

Wonderful stay. Staff really helpful and polite. Pool area stunning with reasonably priced drinks. Walkable to main sites (20 mins to cathedral, Alcazar etc). 5 min walk from station, 15 min taxi to airport. Rooms comfortable, clean and quiet. Would recommend and stay again. Thank you

Modern clean and comfortable hotel. Parking garage under hotel and rooftop pool were great. Easy walking or biking to city sites. Breakfast was great.

We couldn’t sleep properly in the first hotel room because the light was very noisy after we turned off the light. The staff came to our room to check the light and she said she wasn’t sure the issue, so she suggested us to change to another room. Most of the lights in the second room were not working, so the room was very dark.. Furthermore, the rooms were not very clean and lots of dusts. The soundproof was bad so it was very noisy at night too because we could hear clearly the motor vehicle sound on the road
