Great location, walk to major sites

Close to everything in old town. Clean and secure. Calling it luxury is a bit of a stretch. The host was out of the country when we arrived and gave us a non English speaking contact which did not help. Host also provided a full typewritten page of directions to find the rental, very confusing at best. After we found the place I could write accurate directions with one sentence. Overall, to visit Old Town it's very good, I think the property itself is about average for Europe.

Great Location

This is a great place to stay when in Sevilla. Centrally located to all the monuments and within feet of great restaurants, tapas bars and shopping. The host Jorge was great and communicated everything very well. I would stay here again when in Sevilla.

Quiet space in perfect location

Jorge is a great host, making the check-in process easy. The apartment is close to many of the major sights, 8 minutes from the cathedral, and in a lively neighborhood with many shops and restaurants. Yet inside the apartment it is quiet. Sounds from the street do not reach the apartment.

Fantastic apartment in the center of Saville

We absolutely loved our stay in this apartment. It's right in the center of town with most attractions a short walk away through beautiful lane ways. The apartment was clean and quiet with enough room to prepare meals. The internet was reliable and it was great having access to a washing machine for the duration of our stay. A supermarket is literally on the doorstep, the best gelato in town is across the road and there is a great gym 2 buildings over. Although we didn't meet Jorge he was kind enough to leave us a bottle of wine for our arrival. I highly recommend staying here if you're planning a trip to Seville.

Perfect location in Sevilla

This is a good apartment for two people, twin beds so no need to be very close friends. The apartment is equipped with everything needled including kettle and toaster, though the microwave was a little short of cooking utensils but we got by. The real star of this apartment is its location, everything of interest within walking distance. A very good supermarket on the doorstep and a vast range of excellent bars and restaurants, the excellent ice cream shop opposite which in itself is a must visit. Plus the host of many excellent small shops selling a wide range of excellent goods to satisfy the shopaholics. To top it all señor Montoro is an excellent host. I would recommend this apartment without hesitation, we had a very good stay.

Cozy and Nice

A very nice and cozy place. I'm surpised that it does accomondate a family of 4 nicely. Pro: Within walking distance everywhere in the old town. Supermarket is located outside the alley and the ice cream shop. Hmm...Yummy. We visit the ice cream shop everyday. Con: Taking a shower will be a challenge if you are really BIG. There is a washing machine but you have to hang dry your clothes Jorge is an excellent host. Very friendly and provide you all the information you need. If I visit Servilel again, will stay in this place.

Unser Aufenthalt in Sevilla war super. Die Wohnung liegt direkt in der Altstadt, und dennoch ganz ruhig gelegen, so dass man gut schlafen kann. Direkt vor der TĂŒr sind viele GeschĂ€fte und Restaurants, ebenso SupermĂ€rkte. Die Wohnung selbst ist klein, war aber sehr sauber. FĂŒr zwei Leute ausreichend. Es gab alles was man braucht. Die KĂŒche war gut ausgestattet und es gab eine Waschmaschine, falls man lĂ€nger bleibt. Die Betten waren bequem, allerdings erschien uns die Einrichtung ein wenig zusammengewĂŒrfelt. Nichtsdestotrotz war alles sehr sauber und auch das Bad war perfekt. Es gibt eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage in beiden RĂ€umen und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war immer super freundlich und schnell. Er hat auf alle Fragen direkt geantwortet. Der Zugang zur Wohnung hat ausgezeichnet funktioniert und die Wohnung war gut zu finden. Vielen Dank fĂŒr den schönen Aufenthalt!

Ce petit appartement est trĂšs bien situĂ©, la supĂ©rette est juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ©. Le parking proposĂ© avec l’appartement est tres pratique et d’un prix trĂšs raisonnable. L’appartement dispose de tous les Ă©quipements utiles, lave linge, wifi, vaisselle, petit Ă©lectromĂ©nager. La communication avec le proprest parfaite. Il faudrait rĂ©nover l’ensemble de l'appartement, moderniser, mettre un grand lit, prevoir un emplacement pour les valises, retirer la dĂ©co dĂ©modĂ©e. Il serait parfait.

L'appartement est bien optimisé et on trouve tout ceux dont on a besoin! Il était bien propre à notre arrivée. Seul petit bémol est qu'il y avait des travaux dans le quartier, ce qui a rendu l'accÚs assez difficile en voiture. Avec bagages et enfant, c'était franchement dur d'autant plus qu'on ne connaissait pas le quartier. Sans les travaux, nous y reviendrons volontiers !
