Fantastic luxury apartment with high quality furniture. Both the building and the apartment have been completely renovated in January 2023. It is located on the second floor and has an elevator.We recommend this apartment for those who want to spend a few special days in Seville. Guests who wish to immerse themselves in time and take a tour of Muslim, Gothic and Christian Seville...as soon as they set foot on the street of what will be their oasis during the days they visit. Also this apartment is close to the current Seville and the best restaurants and secret corners to walk. It is located in the Old Town and in its most monumental neighborhood 'SANTA CRUZ'. Perfect location to get around on foot being in what is undoubtedly the neighborhood that shows all the faces of the passage of time in the city. The Cathedral with the Giralda, El Alcazar, El Salvador is less than 5 minute walk. The Guadalquivir river, the Arenal, Triana are less than 10 minutes walk.

At home you will find yourself in an apartment that has taken care of the details to the maximum so that you can enjoy it peacefully. Making a brief description, this apartment is located in an emblematic building of fantastic construction. All its furniture is of high quality. It is a spacious and very bright apartment. It has 1 room and is intended mainly for couples or families with 1 or 2 small children. It is also comfortable for 2 couples as it is both the bed in the room and the high-quality sofa bed. You will find a master bedroom with a 'queen 1.50 x 2' size bed. Besides, it has a comfortable living room with 1 good armchair and a fantastic sofa, extra table and smart TV. It has another magical space that is the dining room where you will find a beautiful wooden table. It has, how could it be otherwise, a good American-style open kitchen and a fully equipped bathroom. Air conditioning and high speed Wi-Fi.The building has a very large roof / terrace which has been prepared with 4 very different environments for the 4 apartments that have access to the roof. Perfect place to sunbathe, read or have a calm wine and a quiet chat with our travel companions.
