Open-plan apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is on the ground and lower ground floors of a building restored in 2010. Note there is no door separation between rooms, except for the bathrooms. NO reservations will be accepted for groups of young people, stag or hen parties.

On the ground floor is the living area with 4 large windows, 2 sofas, central table and TV. Dining table with chairs. The kitchen forms part of the living area and is well equipped for self-catering. Appliances include washer/dryer and dishwasher.

Adjacent to the living area, and separated by a partition, is the master bedroom with a double-bed and a large wardrobe. Beside it is a bathroom with bathtub.

Stairs lead down to the lower ground floor, which is also open-plan. There are two bedrooms, both furnished with 2 single beds. Between them is the second, separate, bathroom with shower.

The apartment is located right next to Santa Catalina church and "El Rinconcillo", famously the oldest tapas bar in Seville with a history dating from 1670. There is public parking just few steps away from the apartment.

Great with some minor drawbacks

The location is outstanding as was the management company VeoApartments, which was as responsive as they could be.The owner had not replaced the disintegrating vinyl couches by our departure date, which desperately needs to be done. As well, the dishwasher, which was not working on our arrival, took two weeks to be replaced, but not an issue with VeoApaprtments, the management company.All that said, we really enjoyed our 4-week stay in Seville!

Guter Ausgangspunkt für die Entdeckung von Sevilla

Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage für die Entdeckung von Sevilla. Sie ist ausreichend groß für eine sechsköpfige Familie. Die Schlafzimmer unten sind nicht gut zum Lüften wegen der Fenster zur Strasse. Ebenso ist das Bad unten nicht so sauber. Die Küche ist nur bedingend für Leute geeignet, die auch mal mit den sehr guten lokalen Produkte kochen möchten. Fürs Frühstück reicht sie jedoch gut. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

A great place to stay in Sevilla, in the city center :)

Very great place to stay in Sevilla. Be careful, none of the rooms has door, it was not a problem for us (a group of friends), but maybe some people prefer to have more privacy ! The location is perfect, I highly recommend it. The only default was that the dishes, glasses and cup wasn't clean, but everything except that was perfect !

Sono stati veramente bene in questo appartamento. Pulito, grande e spazioso con tutti i comfort. Situato in una posizione strategica in una piazza del centro.
