Great location, surrounded by restaurants, near important attractions. We enjoyed being walking distance from Alcaraz, and we liked the apartment. We enjoyed having the windows open during the day, and listening to the sounds of the street.
Great accommodation in nice area of historic Seville
This is a nice property, exactly as advertised. It is up some 30 steps on the second floor of a property with other apartments. It's on a busy street, but new windows and shutters keep out the noise. The flat is fully equipped, and the bathrooms are nice and functional. We'd be happy to stay there again.

Great central location for walking to all the major city attractions. Several dining options within minutes of the apartment. Apartment was in great condition and had many recent remodeling updates. Our family of 4 felt safe and comfortable here. City underground parking lot was within a block of apartment. Property manager was responsive and helpful throughout the process. We would definitely stay again. Seville is a beautiful city.

Disappointing
Property was not as clean as expected.Hallways leading to apartment were very dirty. Sewer gas detected in one of bathrooms and hairdryer not working.Property should have been inspected before occupancy. It is in a good location and we very much enjoyed our time in Seville. Our host was a good communication with us.

The entry hall and stairway was dark, smelly and dirty. One of the bathrooms was so cramped that it was hard to sit on the toilet. There was no kitchen towel for drying dishes. The stove top was not working and the hosts did not respond to three request for help. The host was quick to respond when it was time to pay for parking, but not for assistance. The parking area was quite a distance from the apartment, and was not available due to someone else being parked there. The towels were threadbare. It was not actually “lovely”!
San Bartolome is a wonderful clean apartment in the best location in Seville. Historic sites, excellent restaurants, shopping and beautiful parks for walking or running all close by. Christina was very helpful with any questions we had. Thank you for an excellent stay!
