Duplex, on the floor next to the entrance is the living room, built-in kitchen and a space designed to work with good internet speed. Down a spiral staircase, the bedroom and toilet room. Design and comfort. You have to go up and down a spiral staircase that communicates the kitchen floor- living room, full bathroom and office, with the ground floor that is where the bedroom is.
