Lovely apartment very central for everything

Lovely apartment, if I had to be picky I would say it needs better quality pillows, and some wine glasses. Quite noisy outside during the night from the bedroom, although I appreciate it's in the centre of Seville but you still need your sleep

Ideally situated to explore Seville

Loved our stay in Seville. The apartment is in a perfect position to allow you to explore the city and is close to all the sights and amenities. The apartment is modern and clean with more than enough facilities make your stay as comfortable as possible. Booking was easy and contact between the owners was helpful. If I return to Seville, I would rent this apartment again and would definitely recommend it to friends and family. If you want to stay in Seville, don’t hesitate to book this apartment.

Perfect location in the middle of old Seville, in the middle of shopping and restaurants, beautiful apartment, very light, very quiet, great air conditioning. We LOVED our stay here. Just opened, a corner grocery 20 feet from apartment on next street. Parking is impossible here though, so come carless.

No windows, smelly bricked in room (VRBO calls it a courtyard) . Uncomfortable and dirty.

We walked for 9 hrs and were so tired but did everything we could to avoid going back to this cave-like hole as it was the worst place we've ever stayed. No light, no windows, old, dirty and totally unacceptable on the star rating scale. We give this place a minus rating. It is horrible. Whoever rated this place as a four plus is wrong. It was our first time using VRBO and it is also our last time. There was no soap, no shampoo, only two rough old towels, and discusting bedding. The place smelled of old onions and garlic. I wore socks and full clothing on top of the bed to avoid getting bitten. This is the worst place we have ever stayed. To make matters worse, we paid for this up front and then a few hours later were told that it was already booked. We had to change our dates - which we did - ( wish we hadn't). We couldn't wait to leave and are thankful that we only booked 3 nights..... 3 nights too many. Do not stay here. It is horrible and the decor is disgusting. The pictures are fake and you will regret spending any money on this place. Look elsewhere.

They had a glitch and arranged another apartment for me, which was close by. Whole that place had a great location it wasn't as modern and the bathroom was not updated. I am very finicky about bathrooms. Ir was not as aesthetically pleasing as this property looked in pictures. Imma the hostess was very gracious and helpful. Thank you

Extremely close to everything!

My husband and I spent several days in this apartment. It was a perfect choice! We were 10 minutes at most from the Cathedral, 15 minutes from the Metropol Parasol, about 25 minutes from the Plaza de Espana. We walked everywhere. I would definitely stay here again. The apartment is clean and has a full size bed. The shower is amazing! Wonderful host and easy reservation process. Muchas gracias to Inmaculada for the warm welcome and orientation to Sevilla.

Delightful apartment in a perfect location.

The apartment was very well located and immaculately clean. It had every comfort we needed - including a much needed washer to refresh what we had brought along for a 3 week trip. Imma was very helpful in giving us the instructions on operating everything - wonderful about meeting us both coming in and going out, and helped us decide what the most important things to see were during our stay. Would highly recommend to anyone - especially because of the location.

Beautiful lobby and close to the action

Here is the good. This place would be awesome in the summer. The building keeps it's cool very well. It is on the ground floor of a multi story building and its small private courtyard is at least 3 stories down from the roof. The windows open onto a neighbors much larger courtyard. It is close to the tourist zone and the "real" part of the old town. Access to anything we needed was walking distance. The local contact Inmaculada was wonderful and took very good care of anything we asked. She met us at the time agreed and closed us out as well. The kitchen, bed and living areas were well arranged and comfortable. The not so good: Our stay in Seville was in the spring and the weather was cool. The house gets very little direct light and it was too damp to dry clothes on the rack in 24 hours.. There was a distinctly unpleasant smell in the bathroom so we kept the fan running and the door closed at all times which worked to keep the smell contained. Overall I recommend it since the positives outweigh the negatives.
