It has all the services and the best equipment: WiFi, Smart TV, centralized air conditioning, independent entrance and autonomous.ideal for families. For both: short and long stays. Next to Avenida de la Palmera, 5 minutes walk distance from the Hospital Virgen de Rocio. Surrounded by all services: stores, restaurants, supermarkets and any public transport to access any point of the city. Free parking in the building. A large patio at the entrance, where you can access a fully equipped kitchen, Modern, very spacious and with all amenities apartment. Large living room with a comfortable sofa and Smart TV and a large dining table. 3 bedrooms: one double bedroom with a king size bed and in suite bathroom with shower. Another bedroom with two single beds. And the third one with two single beds also. An additional full bathroom with shower. Ideal and spacious to accommodate up to 6 guests very comfortably. It is an apartment on the ground floor of a building with independent access from the street as the private courtyard makes it possible. Free parking in the same building.
