Nice apartment Seville center with Free Parking

Beautiful apartment with parking place located in the heart of Sevilla in an old casa-palacio in a stone's throw from the Cathedral.

As you probably know, It is very hard to find a parking spot in Sevilla. If you stay in our apartment, you won't have to worry about that, as you can use our parking place (which is in the same building) for free.

Our apartment is located in the heart of the historic city center of Sevilla, in an old restored casa-palacio where everything is new and very modern!
The apartment is in the first floor just in front of a beautiful hanging garden.

The apartment consists of hall, living room, kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms with comfortable beds and wardrobes, and parking place. It has also central air condition and heating installation in all the rooms.

WiFi network, TV, fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwaves, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, iron, hairdrier, etc... are part of what we can offer you at home, because we want you to feel like at home. but if you need something else, you can ask us and we will be happy to provide you.

We always offer PERSONALIZED ATTENTION. We will be available at all times and we can keep in touch through the Airbnb chat for any questions. However, for everyone's convenience, when there is little time left before the arrival date, we will provide the telephone numbers of ONE OR MORE PEOPLE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE IN SPANISH AND ENGLISH, who will be in charge of PERSONALLY WELCOMING the guests and handing over the keys, recommending the best places where you can enjoy the gastronomy and customs of Seville, as well as offering advice on excursions, shows and cultural activities in the city in each season. We will also be available to solve any possible problems or doubts that may arise during your stay in the flat, as long as it is at a reasonable time for everyone.

We are flexible about the arrival time of our guests, but we need to clean the apartment, so we have established a CHECK-IN TIME from 16:00 to 22:00. However, you can come when we are cleaning to park your car, leave your luggage in the flat and pick up the keys.

If it is impossible for you to arrive before 22:00, we have a late check-in service available for 25€, and from 0:00 the price would be 40€.

As for the CHECK-OUT TIME, this would be at 12:00am.

If you bring your car, you have the possibility of private parking for free, but
please keep in mind that our building is located in a narrow street (as many in our city center), so cars larger than 4,5 meters and above 190 cm height don't fit into the garage.

This apartment offers its guests a garden, laundry facilities, and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
