Lovely little gem in Seville

Our overnight stay was good. Teresa was a lovely and efficient reception executive. Very warm and friendly and made our stay more enjoyable. The location of the property is perfect for the purpose of our visit during Semana Santa.

Perfect location! The room was comfortable and allowed us to rest and recover from long days of sightseeing. The washer was a pleasant surprise. I'd highly recommend the Overland Suits to anyone wanting more than what a typical hotel room provides.

Enjoyable stay in a lovely apartment in the old town in Seville. Taxi had some issues negotiating the tiny streets but a special stay. Front Office lady was wonderful and helpful as well. Magic

This was a unique property in that it had a room on each floor and each was spacious. There was lovely art and furniture. I was impressed that we also had our own private roof terrace. I would recommend for family with older children as the stairs are quite steep and many of them. I really like the Apartment/hotel model, it works really well for families. There was a small kitchen for the preparation and storage of small and simple meals. Even had a washing machine which was convenient. The Staff were lovely and helpful.

The location is unbeatable, but the property itself does leave much to be desired. I found the floors to be dirty, and the apartment in a bit of disrepair. Flaking walls and flies coming out of the drains, and our apartment on the ground floor was dark. It was safe, central, and comfortable enough, just didn't live up to my expectation.
