Fantastic apartment about 90 square meters, recently renovated with all its furniture and construction of very high quality. It is a sober, elegant apartment that conveys peace and spaciousness. Very elegantly decorated at the same time cozy. All its floor is parquet. It has a very spacious living room, 2 fantastic bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In the living room there are 4 windows with a balcony so it is very bright. Also in all the rooms there are large windows that provide a lot of clarity. It has top-of-the-range airtight windows so that, in addition to clarity, it is a very quiet place despite being in one of the most emblematic neighborhoods of the city.

All rooms can be considered main rooms but they have been distributed so that guests can decide how they prefer to sleep. Both rooms have QUEEN sized beds. The kitchen is fully equipped to enjoy your stay. It has two complete bathrooms, one of them with an egg-shaped bathtub, ideal for taking a few pleasure baths. / WIFI and Air Conditioning.
