Very quiet, the apartment forms part of a 15th century Palace partially converted into a contemporary residential complex built around a traditional Sevillian courtyard with a central fountain, greenery and flowerbeds.

Quiet and Close-In

Very nice apartment with many fine amenities. Comfortable seating and a decent bed. It was too warm in Seville to actually enjoy the patio, but it was a lovely building with nice balconies and a fountain. Many buses available right outside the building, although we walked most everywhere. About a 15 minute walk to the cathedral. We did laundry a couple of times during our stay, and it was nice to have access to a washer, clothesline, and iron. Kitchen and bath were both very good. We enjoyed our stay here.

A perfect location for exploring Seville!

The apartment is easy walking distance to all the major sights. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay. It has a beautiful terrace, perfect for coffee in the morning, or a glass of sherry in the evening.

Very nice appartement and well located. We were near 10 to 20 minutes of almost everything. We were well received even if we arrived very late at night. We had a problem with the dishwasher and they responded fast to fix it. The balcony was a plus.

Très bon sejour, au calme, très bien placé

On a visité l'ensemble de la ville tout à pied. Inutile de faire à manger, tapas partout, parfois difficile de trouver une place. Ville tres agréable et sûr, beaucoup de monde mais super ambiance.
