Ideal for families or work groups.
The accommodation is extremely bright, quiet and quiet, ideal to rest, relax or work.
It is located in the central district of Santa Catalina and is equipped with a work area, with high speed internet connection (Wifi and / or Lan).
It consists of spacious and elegant living room with two comfortable triplets, two armchairs, shelves, chairs, work area, TV 37 "with satellite and channels" Movistar + "Cable television with multiple private channels and international channels.
Separate kitchen, 3 bedrooms, one of them Suite, 2 bathrooms and terrace.

All beds are individual so they can be joined or separated according to the wishes of the guests.

Wonderful VRBO rental apartment in Historic Seville! Immaculately clean and beautifully furnished. Location is VERY convenient /easy walking distance. Much larger than we dreamed of: very spacious comfortable for the two of us, but would be very comfortable for three couples/six persons with 3 well-separate bedrooms, two full baths, living room, private balcony. Very comfortable beds, plenty of linens and towels, modern fully-furnished kitchen. Great air conditioners (2 separate units), Water was clean and hot /cold appropriately, and plumbing (all sinks, showers, toilets) was modern and functioned properly (don’t take these basics for granted in other countries!)Best of all was our host, Jose Luis! His attention to detail and his desire to make us feel like special guests were truly amazing. Our host was very prompt and easy to understand in all our communications; check-in and check-out were effortless. He gave us helpful maps, brochures along with must see advice on safety and restaurants. The extra amenities provided were delightful and generous Thank you for making our stay in lovely Seville so enjoyable! We hope to have the privilege of returning someday!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Seville. Our host was warm, welcoming and very responsive both before arrival and throughout our visit.The location is very central, and a helpful local guide was provided to make exploring easy. Despite being right in the heart of the city, the flat was incredibly quiet and we slept really well throughout our stay.Everything was spotless, cozy and thoughtfully arranged, with all essentials provided and some much-appreciated touches (including energy drinks for the marathon!). The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the beds especially so.Communication was excellent, with clear information shared in advance and any additional requests handled quickly and generously. Overall, Jose was a great host and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

This was the perfect central and comfortable location for our university graduation trip with our two adult children. Had visited Seville before and this was in the perfect location to see the sites, and take day trips from the train station. Apartment was spacious, updated, clean and equipped with the standard amenities that make a VRBO worth it, not to mention the pantry and refrigerator stocked with staples to get our trip off to a great start. Would stay there again will highly recommend to friends.

Really enjoyed our stay in this apartment, especially the terrace. Very convenient and walkable to most places; quiet and clean. We were provided lots of information by Jose Luis who is a great host. The building has a small elevator which made it nice for luggage and groceries. Can definitely recommend this apartment.

This apartment is a perfect place to explore Seville from. It is well furnished, spotless, very comfortable and located in a great neighborhood near many restaurants and shops. The terrace is a lovely place to sit and enjoy the cooler evening temperatures. Superb Seville Stay!

Perfect place

One of the best VRBOs we have stayed in. Clean, beautiful, and fully equipped. Communication with the owner was top notch. He did everything to answer questions and help us out. You could tell he wanted to make sure we would enjoy the apartment and the area. Great area to walk to the major sights and shopping. It really was one of our favorites we have ever stayed in. Would not stay any place else in Seville!

An absolute gem!

My family of four (including 8 and 6 year old girls) loved this place. The location is great - on a quiet street without traffic but just walking distance to many plazas, cafes, and Las Setas. The apartment itself is spacious - one bedroom with two beds in the front and two bedrooms in the back. Two large bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen! We took advantage of the outdoor patio for some quiet reading time in the sun.José Luis was very prompt with his responses to questions we had. He even arranged a taxi for us to the airport when we needed it. We were sad to leave - it was a great spot!

Lovely apartment

We were charmed the moment we opened the door of the apartment. It's spacious, very clean, well maintained and quiet. It's also very comfortable and we appreciated the finer touches that justify the use of the word luxury to describe the property.We enjoyed the items that Jose Luis provided, including coffee, wine,eggs, milk -- and it's nice to have some basics so that you don't immediately need to find a grocery.We would highly recommend this property, and will use it again if we're back in Sevilla.

Beautiful accommodation!

Just spent a fantastic weekend here with friends. The apartment is beautiful and immaculately presented. There were 4 of us (2 couples) and due to the size of the apartment we were all very comfortable and the facilities were superb. The host Jose Luis was excellent throughout with clear and timely communication re arrival, entry procedures etc as well as providing a huge amount of info re places of interest, best tapas bars etc. A great stay in a great location, we would not hesitate to recommend to anyone!

Great City Break

I would really recommend this apartment. We enjoyed the location, not as busy as the touristy cathedral area, but plenty going on. We enjoyed a couple of nights out at El Rinconcillo. And drinks in the bars just outside. Easy walking distance to everything. Inside is very spacious. Bathroom facilities great. Enjoyed the balcony, even in December some afternoon sun.We were looked after so well by Jose Luis, communication is excellent and he really came to our rescue when our flight was cancelled, allowing us to stay an extra night in the apartment, despite it being a very busy time of year for him.Thankyou again.

Nicely appointed, spacious, communicative owner

Nice, clean apartment in a safe neighborhood. Using the appliances was a bit tricky for us; however, the apt. came with detailed instructions. Owner very responsive to inquiries. Mas is the closest full-service grocery store. We recommend braXas nearby restaurant for dinner. Hotel Don Paco was close by for out of town tour pick-ups. You are responsible to bring the trash close by to bins behind Santa Catalina church upon leaving. We enjoyed a comfortable stay!

Lovely central apartment and great service

Lovely apartment - clean, spacious and well equipped. Great location - on a quiet street but with bars, restaurants and shops nearby and easy walk to the main sights. Jose Luis made the check in and check out process very easy for us (despite our late arrival due to plane delays) and offered us great local tips and we really appreciated the breakfast and snack items provided for our arrival.
