Beautiful apartment inside an old house with a private interior patio. Located right next to the historic and central Macarena neighborhood. It has capacity for 4 people. It also has a washing machine for the use of our guests. In the living room you will find a comfortable sofa bed, TV and dining table. WIFI. Not recommended! Heather not working (only 1 small, 1 bigger demage). Wifi not working. Guest not react after sending arrival information, after long request and not automatically in the arrival day. Have to wait outside for it...

We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights during a severe heatwave, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The air conditioning was not working, making the nights unbearable—we felt suffocated and couldn’t sleep properly. We contacted the host, who said he would send technical support, but no one ever came during our entire stay. Communication with the host was poor; he would take a long time to respond and didn’t seem to care about resolving the issues we faced. The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all, and again, the host showed no interest in fixing it. On the positive side, the location is great—close to everything—and the place itself is spacious. However, we did find a flying roach in the bathroom, which was unpleasant. Would I recommend this place? Only if the host improves his responsiveness and the property is updated with a working A/C system—especially during the summer. Otherwise, I’d suggest finding a place with a more attentive host.

Seville weekend

All in all a grrat place to stay. Good comms, clean enough place, comfybto spend time inside. Personally I think some little essentials could be added for a 10/10 experience. We did not find sponges/scrubs to clean dishes after eating. Is also pretty easy to make a mess with the shower and access to a mop would help.This may be not the host fault as I know how guests can be when traveling around. Maybe somd of this bits have been damaged or stolen.But this is my honest review.I would stay again no question.

Cero recomendable, el día que llegamos estaba diluviando habíamos quedado a las 19:15 y nos tuvo 20 minutos esperando bajo la lluvia. Le llamé a él 3 veces y no me contestó, llamé al dueño también y sigo esperando respuesta. La limpieza brilla por su ausencia. Toallas, sábanas y colchas sucias y con muy mal olor. No funciona la wifi ni siquiera sé para que te dicen que hay si no es verdad. La “terraza” que sale en las fotos es inexistente. En la habitación no funciona ninguna luz, solo tienes una lámpara en la mesita de noche. La persiana del salón no sube del todo, la ventana no se cierra porque no tiene mango. Nunca volveré ni recomiendo a nadie ir

Logement bien situé dans le centre de Séville

Nous avons eu un soucis pour récupérer les clés et une personne s’est présentée pour faire le ménage un jour trop tôt. Sinon le logement est bien situé, simple et basique. On est rapidement à pied dans le centre histoire et le marché ainsi que le place situé à côté sont parfait pour sortir boire un verre ou manger. Il y a toutes la commodités à proximité. A noté que le lit est accessible par une échelle.

Cidade muito linda! Imóvel precisa resolver problema com wi-fi. Apartamento muito agradável e com ótimo custo benefício. Próximo de zona de bares e restaurantes e alguns pontos turísticos. O difícil é conseguir estacionar. Mas a estadia foi muito boa.
