The hot tub can be used until 23:00 at the latest in order to avoid noise pollution and to respect the neighbourhood.



From 10 p.m., music and noise pollution must be greatly reduced.



A deposit of 2000 € will be asked when you enter the house by bank imprint (no cash). In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we leave ourselves the right to use it.



The maximum capacity allowed throughout the stay is 10 people.

This villa offers its guests a hot tub, barbecue grills, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
