Surrounded by vast green spaces and offering unique panoramic views of the lake and surrounding mountains, this villa combines comfort, privacy, and an exceptional location.

With its 3,040 sq.m landscaped grounds, balconies overlooking the lake and mountains, and private swimming pool, it is the perfect setting for family holidays or getaways with friends. A riverside path, directly accessible from the garden, leads easily to the lakeshore and walking trails.

- Fully equipped separate kitchen with dining table for 4 and TV (kettle, Nespresso, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, raclette and fondue sets…), direct access to the terrace and balcony.

- The regular SIBRA Y51 and 15 bus routes, with a stop located near the apartment, provide easy access to Annecy city centre (approximately 25 minutes) and the nearby beaches (5 to 15 minutes).
- Geneva International Airport is approximately 45 minutes away by car. Bus and private shuttle services also connect Geneva to Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend using taxis or private hire vehicles.
- If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in front of the house.
