Bordered by vast green spaces and offering a unique panorama of the lake and mountains, this villa combines comfort, privacy and an exceptional location.
With 3,040 m² of wooded grounds, balconies overlooking the lake and mountains and a private swimming pool, it is ideal for holidays with family or friends. A riverside path, accessible from the garden, provides easy access to the shores of the lake and to walking routes.

- Fully-equipped self-contained kitchen with table for 4 and television (kettle, Nespresso, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, raclette and fondue appliances...), direct access to terrace and balcony.

- Geneva international airport can be reached in around 45 minutes by car. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services.
- If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in front of the house.
