With its breathtaking panoramic views over Lake Annecy and the surrounding mountains, this villa offers a postcard-perfect setting you will never tire of.
Accommodating up to 9 guests, it is ideal for family holidays, gatherings with friends, intimate seminars, or wellness retreats. Bright, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, its living spaces are designed to charm every traveler.
The accommodation is composed as follows :
Ground Floor :
- Spacious entrance hall with armchairs.
- Bedroom 1 : queen-size bed, storage wardrobe, lake view.
- Independent shower room with shower, washbasin and WC.
- Laundry with washing machine.
First Floor
- 40 m² living area designed by a renowned interior architect: lounge with two sofas and TV, convivial dining area, large bay windows offering stunning views of the lake and mountains, access to furnished balcony/terrace.
- Fully equipped separate kitchen, also opening onto the balcony/terrace.
- Bedroom 2 : queen-size bed, bookcase, wardrobes, sofa.
Second Floor
- Bedroom 3 : single bed, desk, storage, lake view.
- Bedroom 4: two single beds (can be joined to form a double), desk, wardrobes, balcony with lake and mountain views.
- Bedroom 5: two single beds (can be joined), desk and storage.
Outside :
- 57 m² furnished terrace with panoramic views over Lake Annecy.
- Large 1,725 m² garden – perfect for children.
Additional facilities :
Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Baby cot and highchair available.

- The regular SIBRA Y51 and 15 bus routes, with a stop located near the villa (Mairie - Sevrier ou Le Crêt), provide easy access to Annecy city centre (approximately 10 minutes) and the nearby beaches (5 to 15 minutes).
- Geneva International Airport is approximately 45 minutes away by car. Bus and private shuttle services also connect Geneva to Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend using taxis or private hire vehicles.
- If you choose to come by car, you can take advantage of two covered parking spaces and one uncovered space.
