Welcome to Zenolac!

Set slightly above Sévrier and just 500 metres from the lake, discover a charming apartment, perfect for your family holiday! Ideal for 6 people, this apartment features a very large terrace with views of the mountains.
You can reach the lake and the municipal beach in less than 5 minutes on foot! The same goes for the shops, which are within a 400-metre radius.

The accommodation:
- Air-conditioned living room opening onto a fully equipped kitchen
- 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds that can be pushed together to form a ‘Nordic-style’ double bed
- 1 bedroom with a pull-out bed, i.e. 2 single beds
- 1 bathroom

TV and high-speed Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, as well as a coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine and a hairdryer.

Numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance. You can get around without a car during your stay and leave your car in the estate car park (no private parking space).
Sévrier is situated on the left bank of Lake Annecy, nestled amongst the mountains. Enjoy the mountains, the harbour and the beaches! The beautiful town of Annecy is just 4 kilometres away.

Check-in is available daily from 4pm to 9pm. After 9pm, if a self-check-in solution cannot be arranged, a €20 surcharge will apply.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we’d be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day itself. Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not being taken over that same evening.
