SEYNE LES ALPES—Chalet on the hills above the village, facing south

A charming house situated in a peaceful, natural setting, just a few minutes’ drive or walk from the village of Seyne-les-Alpes and all local amenities.
A large, sunny terrace and a shaded clearing offer breathtaking views of the mountain range and the Blanche Valley, all facing due south. There are numerous hiking trails starting from the property and nearby, with a range of activities in the surrounding area (paragliding, mountain biking, tree-top adventure courses, a children’s wildlife park…), and Lake Serre-Ponçon just a 20-minute drive away… Plenty to keep you occupied, whether you’re looking for a peaceful or active holiday!
The interior offers a warm and light-filled atmosphere.
On the ground floor, a large living area is perfect for gathering for meals or for cosy moments in the lounge by a roaring fire, all opening onto a fully equipped kitchen. On this floor, you’ll find a south-facing double bedroom with a view, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, you’ll find a bedroom with one double bed and one single bed, and a second bedroom with one bunk bed and two further single beds. Both of these bedrooms also face south and offer views. Another bathroom with a toilet is available on this floor. Please do bear in mind, however, that the staircase is a bit steep!
A garage equipped with a large fridge and a washing machine is available for you to store bulkier items.
Please note that the final few metres of the drive are via a slightly steep track, which has only just been improved.
