Exceptional all the way. This is a terrific hotel with beautiful new and modern rooms, attentive staff and exceptional facilities. No wonder it gets such a high rating from others. bad goest arrival procedure. it was quite insulting to be forced out of a taxi by the hotel entrance, wait in a shed next to a guard dog, under extreme heat waiting for a golf cart for 15 minutes to get to reception. check in process took another 15 minutes, we were the only ones there. no rush. We did not subscribe to that.
