Every time I arrive in Sharm, there is something wrong with the check in. Room was damp due to the weather being cold. Food improved over the nine nights. Room service was non existent unless I called for service. Safety box wasn't working, neither was the phone. Only one complaint was rectified. Their only priority is your money. Typical hypocritical Egypt. Would stay again since the price is right.

High price, but poor returns

To summarise: Positives- Good location Breakfast Large family rooms Negatives- No hot water for shower Poor water pressure Hard, uncomfortable bed Dirty everything and everywhere, especially bathrooms No kettle And much more... We have 5 more days booked, and we are not looking forward to it. Very disappointing.

مدير المطعم يفتقر للاحترام والتقدير مع النزلاء

الاقائمه كانت اوكى بس اسلوب مدير المطعم كان يفتقر للاحترام والذوق واسلوبه ف الكلام معانا امام النزلاء ما كان اوكى وتحدث معنا باسلوب غير محترم وقال ان المكان مكان خاص وليس عام وكان اسلوبه تحت مستوى التدنى مع التحدث معنا وحتى مع الشكوى للاداره لم نجد اى اعتذار منه او ندم على اسلوبه فتقييمى للاوتيل ما يوصل 3 من 10 وما انصح احد به ولا انصح موقع نفس موقعكم بالتعامل مع هذه الفئه من الاوتيلات اللى تقبل مديرين بهذا الشكل للاسف كل الخدمات كانت ممتازه بس ها الموقف يخلينى ما ارجع الاوتيل مره اخرى

Buono per vacanze single e relax

Buono ,ha 2 piscine 1 con acqua temperatura più alta, Albergo pulito e nuovo.comodo la tenda del beduino con i suoi "Arghile'". Buona l'animazione anche se è in Russo, e in inglese.
