The Space:

🏔️ This three-bedroom home sleeps 8 guests comfortably across well-appointed spaces. The first bedroom features a queen bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed plus a smart TV. The third bedroom includes two twin-over-full bunk beds and a smart TV, great for kids or extra guests. You'll find two full bathrooms: one with a shower/tub combo and one with a walk-in shower. The chef's kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, both drip and Keurig coffee makers, and a breakfast counter with two high-top stools. The dining table seats six for meals or game nights. 🔥 The living room offers plush leather sofas, a smart TV with streaming capabilities, and a wood-burning fireplace that sets the tone on chilly evenings. Step outside to the shaded backyard where a firepit with log seating invites evening gatherings. The deck has a barbecue grill and dining space surrounded by pine trees and mountain views. A washer and dryer are located in-unit. High-speed WiFi keeps you connected. Driveway parking accommodates 2 vehicles. Firewood is not provided.



Guest Access:

Self check-in details will be provided before arrival. 🅿️ Driveway parking is available for a maximum of 2 vehicles. During winter months when snow is present or expected, do not park on the street as this blocks snowplows and violates local ordinances (fines and towing may apply). Snow shovels are provided to clear the driveway. Chains, cables, or 4WD vehicles are required during snow season. A Ring doorbell system monitors the front door for security purposes.



The Neighborhood:

Shaver Lake itself is just minutes away, offering sapphire blue water, sandy beaches, and sheltered coves for swimming, water skiing, fishing, kayaking, and canoeing. The nearby town of Shaver Lake has several local dining spots where you can grab takeout or meet the locals. 🌲 McKinley Grove, known for its giant historic sequoia trees, is a short drive into Sierra National Forest. Dozens of hiking and mountain biking trails branch out from the area into the forest. Yosemite National Park is less than 2 hours away for a spectacular day trip. In winter, family-friendly snow play areas and access to skiing, snowboarding, and snowmobiling are all within easy reach of the home.



Getting Around:

Shaver Lake is located in the Sierra Nevada Mountains of Central California. From Fresno, take Highway 168 east for approximately 50 miles (about 1 hour 15 minutes) to reach Shaver Lake. The home is accessible year-round, though chains or 4WD are required during winter and snow conditions. Yosemite National Park's south entrance is approximately 1 hour 45 minutes away via Highway 41. Fresno Yosemite International Airport is about 1 hour 15 minutes from the property.

• Pets: Not allowed — a fine will be assessed at checkout if evidence of a pet is found

• Washer/Dryer: In-unit

• Parking: 2 cars maximum

• No parties or loud music that can disturb neighbors — quiet hours 10 pm to 8 am

• When snow is present or expected, do not park on the street (blocks snowplows, violates local ordinances, subject to fines/towing) — snow shovels provided to clear driveway
