Kamp Kokanee-Updated Condo Near Spa, Sauna

Have fun with the whole family at this beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bath condo minutes from Shaver Lake. Once you enter, it feels warm & inviting with the wood burning fireplace and open floor plan. There are two outdoor decks to relax & drink your morning coffee or watch the snow fall. Prepare your meals in the updated kitchen with marble counters. In the complex, there is a shared pool, spa & sauna. Start making memories with your friends & family at Kamp Kokanee!



The Space:

As you enter the condo, head upstairs to the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area, where you'll find a bright, contemporary space to relax and gather. Step out onto the patio to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the fresh mountain air.



Downstairs, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom has its own private patio, making it the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring.



For your convenience, the condo also includes a washer and dryer. During the warmer summer months, a portable A/C unit in the living room helps keep the space comfortable. Both bathrooms feature modern showers, and the primary bathroom includes a relaxing rain shower.



Guest Access:

You'll have access to the entire condo, with the exception of a few owner closets and the loft, which will be locked.



About 30 minutes before you arrive, please send me a quick text so I can be available to buzz you through the gate for your first entry. Once you're inside, you'll find a white access card in the condo. Simply scan it at the gate call box for all future entries during your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the Bretz Mill condos in Shaver Lake, it's beautiful & serene in this complex. Please be respectful of long term tenants in the complex. Thank you!



Getting Around:

Downtown Shaver is less than 5 minutes down the 168.



Other Things to Note:

No more than 4 people in the condo at ALL times or you will will be violating my house rules & HOA. You will be evicted with no REFUND.

You'll have a white credit card looking key that will give you access to the gate in the complex, pool, spa and sauna. Keep in mind, if you lose it, you'll be charged $150. Thank you!



Please be respectful with loud noise after 9pm



**4x4/all wheel drive vehicles may be required with cables/chains during the winter season. Please be prepared or CHP could refuse entrance into Shaver Lake** If you have any questions, please contact me. Thank you!



Interaction with Guests:

I'm available during your stay if you need me, but I prefer to give my guests space.

This condo offers its guests a hot tub, barbecue grills, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.

This Shaver Lake condo is smoke free.
