Cozy studio condo in the heart of Shaver Lake—just minutes from the lake and a short drive to China Peak Ski Resort. Sleeps up to 4 with a Murphy bed and futon, plus a gas fireplace for mountain evenings.



Step out to your private patio, or take advantage of the community pool, hot tub, and sauna after a day of adventure. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep easy, while streaming TV and board games keep you entertained indoors.



Whether you’re here to ski, hike, fish, or just relax, this condo is the perfect base for your mountain getaway.



Guest Access:

As part of the community, you’ll have access to great shared amenities including a pool, hot tub, and sauna—perfect for soothing sore muscles after hiking, skiing, or a day on the lake.



The Neighborhood:

Bretz Mill (sometimes called Old Bretz Mill) is a quiet, gated mountain condo community up in the Shaver Lake area. It gives off a relaxed, forested retreat feel—not overly busy, but plenty of life during peak outdoor seasons



Getting Around:

It’s quite close to Shaver Lake itself—just a short drive to access the lake for boating, swimming, fishing.



Also not super far to main roads and amenities/wilderness: restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Visitors say it’s “minutes away from town.”



In winter conditions, roads may get snowy or slippery; 4WD or traction devices may be needed. But overall, the roads in Bretz Mill are fairly maintained. (General for Shaver Lake area.)

This condo offers its guests a hot tub, barbecue grills, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
