This cozy Shaver Lake studio condo is the perfect mountain retreat for couples or solo travelers. The open-concept layout features a comfortable full-size Murphy bed in the living area, rustic mountain décor, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The well-equipped kitchen includes a stove, microwave, and refrigerator, plus a small dining table for meals or morning coffee with views. The compact bathroom offers a shower and essentials, and an in-unit washer and dryer add convenience. Located near hiking trails, China Peak skiing, and Shaver Lake.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to everything but a locked linen closet by the front door.

BBQ Grill Policy:

The BBQ grill is available for guest use; however, propane is not provided or guaranteed. Guests must bring their own propane tank if they plan to use the grill. Propane tanks can be filled locally at Shaver Lake Hardware. No refunds or discounts will be issued due to lack of propane.
