Noisy

The hotel was clean and well kept. The breakfast was good. The downside to the hotel is the noise. There is no sound isolation, so you can hear everything in the rooms around you and the hallway. There was a woman in the room next to us that likes to sing while showering, and we could hear her plain as day. Same when she used the hair dryer. It was sounded like she was in our room we could here everything so clearly.

Literally the best hotel we stayed at the whole trip from northern californa to tennessee. The bed was so comfortable. Staff was so friendly. Thank you April for making this the best part of our 2000 mile trip.

The woman working through the night of 12/14/24 was extremely rude when we had to have our room key reset. She reset it 3x and. One of them worked. She walked down to use her master key to let us in and didn't say one word to us the entire time. I'm not apologizing that she had to work while she was at work!!
