I stood here a couple years ago and it was well maintained then but this past visit was very underwhelming. There was barely any hot water, window blinds were damaged, stains on the couch and the WiFi connection was terrible. That need to do a whole new make over on that unit

Customer Service Manager is loud and rude. The townhouses are clean and comfortable. They are outdated, WiFi doesn’t work well and all the TVs need upgrading. Reasonable price for an indoor pool option. Probably will not stay again due to the overall rudeness of this person and just plain unhelpful.

A step back into time.

I love this area in PA. The units are quiet when inside especially if it’s backed against the woods. The interior needs some updating i.e the furniture is old and uncomfortable, beds, couches, chairs and carpets included. I used to come here in the 90’s as a child and the units are pretty much frozen in time since then except more wear and tear. The check-in process is extremely intense as you’re passed through check-in to the”amenities” desk area where they press you to tour with your ENTIRE group for free trips, time sharing etc. They will also call you repeatedly for months to do tours and offer you trips even though you tell them you’re not interested, they still call and call.

What an amazing time me and my family had. We loved the villa and even was able to get units right next to our friends that stayed at the resort as well. Would highly recommend a family to stay here. Kitchen bathrooms and bedrooms were all immaculate and well kept. The beds were comfortable and the view from our villa was so beautiful!
