Everything was fine, except after reviewing my receipt, I found I was charges $36.68 more than the price I booked at. Not a ton of money, but not right. When I called to request a refund I was told I was charged more because the room had a “Lake View”. First, I didn’t request this, and second, it’s the middle of winter in Wisconsin…who cares about a lake view!
