There were gnats in the room that we vacuumed up as the lady at the front desk was by herself and busy. The next morning, the room was full of them again. Pool was ok, could use a good cleaning. Breakfast area was ok but could use someone to take care of it as things were out or running out and no one was around to get more.

It’s a bit off the highway which is nice to be close to downtown and the water. So what I’m saying is that the location is great! Bed could have been more supportive but it was okay. I missed breakfast due to the 7:00 am start on the weekends, that was a bit disappointing.

May have been a bit short staffed. Sometimes had to wait for front desk staff and front desk person tried to run the bar at the same time. The staff did allow us to switch rooms to help my mom, which was greatly appreciated! Breakfast good and outside seating great especially at night.

I love staying at this hotel. Right across the street from The Waverly pub. Unfortunately, our AC unit started making noise the last night there, so we had to shut it off. The good news is, it was working all day long, so the room was already cool.

Clean and brand new looking, right next to a Pizza bar that has good food, only thing I’d like to see added is boat parking spots, but was still able to unhitch and park it in a regular spot, other than that everything was great. Right against Lake Michigan
